I made this card for Lita at The White Cup, she was out for a while to take care of some things and we all missed her!

Recycled Pattern Foam Stamps

This is what happens late at night.....I was organizing my buttons and needed more room in each cubbie hole. The manufacture thought it was slick to add these foam pieces underneath the buttons to make it look like you got more product...so I took them out, inserted buttons and put the box away. As, I had the foam pieces in my hand and over the trash, I quickly put them back on my desk and said I know what to do!!!

So here it is my first tutorial!

Here are the foam pieces....

Foam Stamps

I used some ATG Glue to attach them to my acrylic blocks, so I didn't get as messy.

Foam Stamps

My first thought was to make some Halloween paper, so I dug out some Distress Ink in Spiced Marmalade, Dusty Concord, and Peeled Paint.

Foam Stamps

I simply inked my foam up and started stamping...

Foam Stamps

I continued on with a pattern....

Foam Stamps

And created this pretty background!

Foam Stamps

Still being crafty, I also made a Holiday Themed Background.

I labeled my foam pieces and threw them in my drawer for use later. The pattern the foam makes would look great heat embossed!

Moxie Fab Challenge - Peace

The world could use some Peace!!! Over at moxie fab they find a trend and show examples of great art and crafts using that item. This challenge is Peace Signs! It couldn't get any better since I just picked up the DCWV Hippie Chick Mat Stack. I really wanted to create a photo layout with this challenge. Years ago Sam from Sam's Scrap Candy and I dressed up and looked like hippies! This is back when Bell Bottoms were hip again in the early 90's! But of course I couldn't find the photo. We were sooo coool! Throwin' peace signs with flowers in our hair! lol!

Here is my entry, a circle card perfect for a peace sign/flower!

Love....... B.Y.O.P.

This card was made at B.Y.O.P. a few weeks ago. Since, there is no B.Y.O.P. today I have decided to post this card! It is a hinged Circle card. I actually used a scalloped border punch for the half circles around the edge. The inspiration came from the heart paper! When I saw it 3 colors I freaked! Sam over at Sam's Scrap Candy you can see her blog here. Has influenced me to do more challenges or well enter more.
