Lawnscaping Challenge #76

Hello my crafty ladies!!!  Today, I bring you a shaped card using some Lawn Fawn stamps that I am ashamed to say haven't used in a while for the Lawnscaping Challenge.   With DT commitments I haven't been using my stash of crafty goodness.

I found out my vet had to put his dog Glacier down recently.  And me being an HUGE animal lover had to make him a sympathy card.

I kept it really simple and focused on the puppy.  To really make a statement!  I am happy to say he loved it!  It was hard to keep the tears back as it was hard to even talk about it.  I hope this inspires you!  Thanks for stopping by!

Materials:
Lawn Fawn
- Critters at the Dog Park
- Fly Free
- Gold Sparkle Cord
My Favorite Things Circle Dies
Versafine Black Ink
Maggie Holmes Patterned Paper
Vellum

Newtons Nook Deisgn's February Release - Day 2

Welcome back for day two of Newton's Nook Design's February Release Week!  Today, we are going to look at Tweet Talk.  I colored up some of the cute bird houses with some watercolors. For a fun, soft, spring time look.

For my second card I broke out my sewing machine and made my own shaker card.  That was my first time sewing on a card.  I tired in the past with the smaller sewing machines made for paper crafting and they just didn't work right.

Here is a close up of the shaker card. I just LOVE the sequins inside!

Newtons Nook Design's February Release - Day 1

Hello my ladies!!!!!  I am super excited to announce Newton Nook Design's February Release!!!!!  Featuring Winston the bear!  I am so thrilled to officially have a name for this cute lovable bear!

Here is my card for the release featuring Winston's Birthday.  I decided to make a masculine birthday card.  This would work for any child or guy in your life.

For My second card I got a bit messy and used  a stencil with some Heidi Swapp Sprays.  I tried to gradient the spray by using Black and a Silver.
I really lie the way it turned out even though it bled a little bit beyond the stencil.  Some times you just have to work with your mistakes or mishaps.  :-)

Good Morning! Today, I am here to bring you a cute Birthday Card featuring Newton's Nook Designs Stamps.  I really wanted to color little Newton like my crazy cat Nash! So I tried, I think I did a decent job....hehehe.  Nash is always helping me craft....well or trying to stop me from crafting, by laying in the middle of my craft desk.

I thought it would be cute to have little Nash/Newton roasting the marshmallow on the fire.  Since, I live in Florida this doesn't happen that often and I LOVE Smores!
