Welcome to Sweet Tooth Tuesdays!

Welcome Sweeties!

I hope you came here from seeing the original post on the Sweet Blog featuring the Color Combos video.  If you didn't head on over to the Sweet Blog to see the original video short. Or visit Sweet Stamp Shops YouTube to see all the videos.

Here is my *Bonus* Process video on the entire card that I made using Sweet Stamp Shops Wheely Like You stamp set.    You can purchase the stamp set over in the Sweet Store along with the rest of the June Release.

I created a fun easy way to make mass produced cards with different looks depending on the color combo you choose.  My favorite part is playing around with all the types of inks and shades of colors choosing what I think will work best for my card.

Leave me a comment telling me whats your favorite color combo! I always like to try new combos.

Sweet Stamp Shop June Release Day!

It's Official! I am proud to be a part of the Sweet Stamp Shop Design Team! Eak!  I will be creating videos for all you "Sweet" followers to enjoy.  Now on to the goodies!

Welcome everyone to the June Release for Sweet Stamp Shop.  I can't even start to tell you how amazing this new release is for scrapbookers and card makers!   I had so much fun creating with the new releases that I just can't put these stamps down.   I know you will feel the same way too!

For this card I used the new set called "Wheely Like You" featuring fun Pin-Wheels that are perfect for summer time.  I paper pieced the Pin-Wheel to give it more dimension and popped it up on foam dots to really stand off the page.

Materials:
Sweet Stamp Shop Stamps
-Wheel Like You
Honeydew Twine, The Twinery
Rhinestones, Kaisercraft
Color Crush Patterned Paper, American Crafts
Notebook Edge Boarder Punch, EK Success
Versafine Black Ink

The Circus is in town with the new "Admit One" stamp set from Sweet Stamp Shop.  The ticket on this set has many uses to it. You can make Valentine's Love Requests,  Coupon tickets for your kids to pick out the movie for the night....the list goes on and on.  This time I made a Birthday Card, one can never have too many birthday cards on hand.

For the tickets and title banner on this card I used Distress Inks and a water pen to watercolor.  This way the colors could match the patterned paper I picked out.  It's a fun and easy technique to use.  Next time you should try it on a card for Sweet Stamp Shops, "Use What You Have Challenge".  You dig out your old supplies and make them new again! It's so much fun to reminisce in your own stash! Most of us are all guilty of "Stashing".

Materials:

Sweet Stamp Shop Stamps
-Admit One
Midway, October Afternoon
Twine, Studio Calico Kit
Tim Holtz Distress Ink
-Ripe Permission
-Squeezed Lemonade
-Evergreen Bough
-Iced Spruce
Star Paper Clip, Pop Clips, Target

I hope you found some inspiration while you were here.  Please, head on over to the Sweet Stamp Shop Store and get into some trouble, I know I always do.

As a bonus today and tomorrow ONLY enjoy 20% off the new releases - use coupon code NR20.

Head on over to the Sweet Shop Blog for the rest of the June release and Design Team Inspiration!

Use What You Have #5 and CAS #32

Yesterday at my local crop I had fun creating this card for my besties son! He scored his first two goals in hockey!  I was so excited for him even though I am a few states away.  Well I get to see him this week and I knew I had to make him a card.  I decided to get out my stash and participate in the Sweet Stamp Shop Use What you have challenge. It is so awesome, you all have to try this challenge. I am unearthing items I didn't know I had and that are still cute and in season again! lol  I also paired this card with the Cas(e) this Sketch challenge the sketch is very clean and simple and perfect for a little one!

Another Use What You Have Challange

I am just loving digging through old supplies! I am finding stuff I didn't know I had or purchased. lol It's too funny to think, "Where did that come from?".  So, I was Skype Scrapping with my bestie and we both decided to take on the challenge, provided by Sweet Stamp Shop.  As I dug through two bins of stuff and got some paper and found some old buttons and thread. I figured out what I was going to do.
