Welcome to day 2 of the June Release from Newtons Nook Designs. Today, we are show casing the "Flower Garden" stamp set. For this card I used the stamp block technique for my background. I put watercolor all over my acrylic stamp block and smoothed it onto the water color paper and let is sit for 20-30 sec to allow the paper to soak in the color. You get this beautiful watercolored image to use as a backdrop for your focal image. It's easy and looks great.
I then stamped the sentiment and sunflower after it was dry added a complementing color background , some twine and sequins.
