I seem to have this problem with due dates. Keep making cards for challenges and either forget to post the card in time or just read the wrong date! I even have a dry erase board to "try" to keep track of when they are due. It obviously isn't helping. Well I am posting it anyway for you all to enjoy! I decided on a Christmas card to start me off! This card WAS for Everything But The Kitchen Sink Challenge 23.
Materials:
I used all scraps!
Misc Cardstock
Bannerific and Cozy Christmas Stamps by Lawn Fawn
Swiss Dots Cuttlebug Embossing Folder
Frost Sizzix Embossing folder
Tea Dye, Distress Ink from Tim Holtz
Boarder Punch from EK Success

It's that time of year that I get excited for! Thanksgiving?....no. Halloween?..........no It's Hockey Season!!!!!!!!! Finally, something to watch on T.V.! I am a huge Pittsburgh Penguin fan, even through the hard times and the good, I never strayed away to a different team. I made this card for a friend of my dad's who has season tickets every year and sends me all the goodies, tickets, etc....that he gets. His relatives don't appreciate it like I do! When I send him a Thank You card for the items I always make it Penguin themed! I think this card came out great! Very Masculine! Also, Robyn over at My Pink Stamper hit 5 Million Hits and is having a mega giveaway Celebration this weekend! This card is for Challenge #2 Make something with a Bird!Materials:Penguin logo Cut with SCAL 2 on a Baby BugDiamond Plate Cuttlebug Embossing FolderBrilliance Galaxy Gold Tear Drop InkThank You & Banner, Bannerific & Sophies Sentiments from Lawn FawnVarious Colored CardstockHappy Scrappin'~Danielle

Look Out World!!! The Cricut Imagine is coming to my Scrap Room! Yes, I am getting one as a gift from my Mother In Law. Yippie!! I should have it October 11th or at least that week! I'm sure all of you watched the HSN debut and wasn't sure if it was worth the money or not. I am upgrading from a Baby Bug. I think that's a pretty good step up! I have already experimented with printing 12 x 12 Ink Jet sheets of background paper. Being a Photographer first I happen to have 2 yes 2 Large Format Printers. I am an Epson girl at heart and don't really like HP, but for the Cricut i'll give it a try! I'm not sure that the number of full sheet prints they are saying you can get out of the ink carts are true...they did not specify if the were printing in an economy mode or high quality mode. I did see a video somewhere that there is a setting and you can see the difference in the quality of the print. When it arrives i will try and do some comparison and hopefully Craft Edge/SCAL will upgrade their software to be compatible.

Whew! am I tired! Arrived at Hobby Lobby at 10am and didn't leave till 11:50am a good two hour shopping extravaganza! If you live in the Daytona Beach or Orlando area 2 stores had their grand opening today!
Went with Sam from Sam's Scrap Candy and ladies from Thursday Night BYOP and my Boston Coffee House Scrappers!! Had 8 of us total!
When we walked into the door everyone was so nice, with a hello and welcome! Then as we get inside, they say, "complementary Chick-Fil-A" this morning. So we walked or ran right over and got us some Chicken mini's and cinnabuns and sweet tea or coffee. Yummy! It hit the spot to get the shopping started! Overwhelmed, with a massive amount of Hootie/Owl items for fall and Penguins for the Holidays! I freaked!! i had to contain myself and got one set of Owl and Leaf mini spreaders for butter or cream cheese. I contained my penguin shopping and didn't get any...I know how could I manage. Moved along and made to the Scrapbooking area! First, went down the stamp isle to help a friend, decide on something. Then, I rushed to the punch Isle to see if my Corner Chomper was there.........and like a bright star in the sky, there it was!!!! (insert angels singing, lol) I grabbed it, hugged it and kissed it! i know i'm crazy! :-) But, I have been looking for one forever!!!! Instead of blabbing about all my other finds here they are!
My Corner Chomper!!!!!!!
Hooties and Friends!
Colored Googlie Eyes! i'm in Heaven!
This is embossed felt that is made of Recycled plastic bottles!
Again, Hootie Addiction!
Don't forget tonight at Midnight EST on HSN is the Premier of the Cricut Imagine by Provo Craft!! And My Pink Stamper and Karlee Krafts will have a Pre Show Live Ustream!!! Be There!

Here is my entry for Moxie Fab Challenge - Offset Scalloped. The funny thing is I started off making my Sisters Anniversary card and went with offset scallops before the challenge was even posted!!! I must be psychic! lol! You may be asking what kind of anniversary card had a Porsche on it, one for my sister and brother in law. They are German Car lovers! Fact! They drove off in a Porsche 911 on their wedding day thus the car....and purple was the wedding color. Thus, the PERFECT anniversary card!
Enjoy!
I printed the Porsche out online and colored it with Copics. Added some sparkle in the headlights, and used a Fiskars Large Scallop Boarder Punch for the "fish scale" look!
