Newtons Nook Designs November Release - Day 2



Welcome to Day 2 of Newton's Nook Designs November Release.  Today, we are showcasing "Simply Sentimental".  I just love the larger sentiments in this set to pair with coordinating words. It is a must have set for all occasions.  

I am hooked on Distress Sprays.  You get a great look with minimal effort.  I combined Ground Expresso,  Fossilized Amber and Abandoned Coral for a lovely Fall feel. I use an emboss resist technique first with gold embossing powder. For the finishing touch I added some leaf embellishments from a really, really, REALLY old sticker set from my stash.

    Oh I think this is my favorite card on the hop so far! Love your inky background and gold embossing! Beautiful! I'll have to invest in the distress sprays - love this look!
