Welcome to Day 2 of the November Release for Newton's Nook Designs! You are gonna love to Ink , Spray, and Distress this set that will be available for purchase November 12th in the store!
Jennifer designed these snowflakes to look like quilled designs! This is so more efficient than quilling them out of paper every time.
I knew right when I saw this set I wanted to use some distress ink with heat embossed snowflakes for a resist on some watercolor paper.
Then I also set a few aside to cut out and pop up. To make the sentiment stand out more I used some washi tape in my stash. I used two rows of it for a wide banner, then topped the vellum over it with the embossed sentiment.
I love the distress technique. I could use it on everything!
