Finally, back into the crafty spirit! Whew, I almost thought I needed an intervention! I also finally go to Skype Scrap with Sam over at Sam's Scrap Candy! YAY! Ok, I have used way too many exclamation marks. I read over at Off the Wall Craftiness that Kim got some new wheels. It was a vintage Vespa Scooter. Since, I am a scooter lover, I decided to do the challenge with a scooter theme, right up my alley. So here ya go, check it out!
