Welcome to day 4 of the Newtons Nook Designs August Release.  Today, we are featuring Hedgehog Hollow.  This guy is so cute, I squealed when I first saw him. I kept this card simple, with a few strips of patterned paper and I added dots on the background for some depth.

Newtons Nook Designs August Release - Day 3

Welcome to Day 3 of the Newtons Nook Designs August Release! Today, we are featuring Newton Dreams of New York.  I love this series of stamps. Newton seems to vacation more than I do!  This set has coordinating dies so you don't have to fussy cut!

For this card I stamped all the images in Archival Ink by Ranger so I could use water and Ken Oliver Color Bursts to create an explosion of color!  I might of been slightly inspired by the olympics for my color palate!

Newtons Nook Designs August Release - Day 2

Welcome to Day 2 of the Newtons Nook Designs August Release. Today, we are featuring Beautiful Leaves stamp set and matching dies.  This is basically a one layer card. I just have it on a second panel, just in case I made a mistake.  Just some simple coloring on the leaves for a clean and simple card. 

While I did not use the coordinating dies for this card, the would come in handy!

Newtons Nook Designs August Release - Day 1

Welcome to Day 1 of the August release for Newtons Nook Designs. Today, we are featuring Racoon Rascals!  I have to tell you this set is adorable!!!!!!  I just love this little guy hanging upside down to say hello.  

I mimicked  the tree branch with the woodgrain cardstock and kept it on the same angle as the branch.   To give an affect that he is sorta in a tree I added some clouds from the stamp set as well.
