Newtons Nook Designs November Release - Day 1

Welcome to Day 1 of the Newtons Nook Designs November Release. Today, we are featuring Joyful Tags. This stamp set coordinates with the Tags times 2 die set, that you may already own in your collection. 

For this card I just sprayed some fun colorful sprays on to white cardstock and cut the tag out. I mimicked the present theme with the paper and then the twine to make the whole card look like a present with a tag on it. This is a super cute and easy card to mass produce.

Newtons Nook Designs - Sweet Treats Blog Hop

Welcome to the Newtons Nook Designs Sweet Treats Blog Hop!  You should of come here from Stephanie's blog!  If you didn't head on back to Newtons Nook's blog to start from the beginning!  Today, is all about the TREATS! Yum!  I created this tag, featuring "Love A La Carte", "In Slow Motion", and "Wild About Zoo" stamps sets. 

My inspiration came from the Turtle on "In Slow Motion".  I really wanted him to carry the cupcake on his back.  So, to make that happen I used a Memento Tuxedo Black Pen...yes Pen to selectively color the stamp.  I didn't want the strap holding the package on to show.  Don't color those parts!  After I stamped him out, your going to want to stamp the cupcake in it's place. Finally, to make it all come together, finish drawing in the missing parts of the turtle.

Happy Haunts Card

Happy Thursday!!!  Today, I am here with a card featuring Newton's Nook Designs stamps.  For this card I used "Pick A Pumpkin" and " Spooky Street" you can get both sets in the NND Store. 

Right now I am currently in love with using Distress Spray Stains.  They blend with no effort and they way they react with water splats and other sprays is amazing!  I used Black Archival Ink so there is no bleeding of the stamped images after I spray them.  Doesn't matter how wet you get it, it doesn't bleed. 

I used the coordinating "Pick A Pumpkin Purr-fect Dies" to cut out the pumpkin.  This makes life so much easier.  So, head on over to the NND store and get you some fun halloween goodies!

Hello my crazy crafty friends!!  Today, I am here with a sneak peek of whats in store for the May Release from My Style Stamps. 

In this pick you can see where I added Glossy Accents to finish off those cute eggs. 

This tag also doubles as a gift card holder.  We like to go to Bob Evans for breakfast sometimes, so I thought it was appropriate to use their gift card.  Just in case you don't have a Bob Evans in your area, its like Denny's but WAY better!
